# Manage chats and context

> Organize chat sessions, attachments, and memory.

## Chat History

Open the **Chat History** panel from the header to see your past conversations. From here you can:

* **Select** a chat to resume it.
* **Rename** a chat to make it easier to find.
* **Delete** a chat you no longer need.
* **Clear** all chats from the panel.

## New Chat

Start a fresh conversation at any time by selecting **New Chat** from the header.

## Context view

Open the **Context** view from the header to review everything attached to the current conversation:

* **Attachments** — Files, images, and screenshots added through the composer attachment menu. You can review or remove them.
* **Long-term memory** — Saved facts and preferences the assistant can use across conversations. You can review or clear them.

## Long-term memory

Memory stores facts and preferences that the assistant can use across conversations. Saved memories appear in the Context view, where you can review them, delete individual items, or clear everything.
